Salon Policies

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

We love and care about you, so making you happy is our pleasure! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the result, please let us know:

Eyelash Extension/Lash Lift & Tint/ Nails: WITHIN 3 DAYS

- Corrective lash extension/nail appointments must be booked within one week of the original appointment.

- Corrective lash lift appointments must be booked within two weeks of the original appointment.

Permanent Makeup/Microblading: WITHIN 2 WEEKS (After the first free touch up)

- Corrective permanent makeup/microblading appointment must be booked within 4 weeks after the first free touch-up.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS:

Allergic reactions are not common but can certainly happen without warning. If this event unfortunately happens, we ask that you please contact us and your medical care within 24 hours of noticing symptoms. Symptoms include swelling, itching, redness, around the eye area. While we are not allowed to give medical advice concerning such reactions, we WILL REMOVE THE LASHES FREE OF CHARGE. Refunds for the application of eyelashes will not be given under any circumstance as you are purchasing the lash techs time for application.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NO REFUND ON ALL SERVICES!

DEPOSITS:

We require a non-refundable holding deposit from all clients when they book the following services.

     Fullset Eyelash Extension: $100.    |     Lash Lift & Tint: $50.    |.    Microblading: $200.    |     Facial: $50

We will allow a One-time cancellation/rescheduling if you give us a 24-hour notice to rebook, or due to an emergency at our own discretion. Deposits are non-transferable to different services provided by us.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

We understand that life can get crazy sometimes, and plans don’t always go the way we want. But when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, please provide us with a 24-HOUR NOTICE!!!!

On Sunday we are closed, so no phone calls will be answered. Please text 508-988-5796 to cancel/reschedule Monday’s appointment.

We reserve the right to charge:

 LATE CANCELLATION: 50% / NO-SHOW: 100% of the service price.

LATE ARRIVALS:

 

If you're running late (within 15 minutes), please let us know ASAP by calling 508-202-9586. We will try our best to use the remaining time to do what we can. Clients will be expected to pay the full-service fee of the appointment originally scheduled.

Showing up 30 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and will be charged 50% of the service price due to insufficient time to provide a quality service.
